I am so excited about my motivational speaking project in Health as it relates to God's Word. I have been working on it diligently for about two weeks. I have the scriptures lined up as well as the format. Office Max will bind my book for a nominal fee (which is not complete). I have checked on the website domain to make sure it was available. My launch date is set for: October 2011. I have some advertisers lined up and some venues to work in. Guest speakers for the "talks". I am ready to go.
I want to advertise it as a multicultural/multiethnic program. A lot of time people think if someone african american does something that it is just for us. It is for us, but it is for everyone. It is good as second class citizens to see someone like you doing big things, but I want everyone to find their place in this program. We all suffer with self-esteem, and hurts from our past and fear of the future. A lot of us; no matter the culture use food as a friend. This leads to more self-esteem issues and hurt. God is for all of us and I want to show that in the program that I have developed.
I just hope people need help in this area. I have suffered a long time. I hope others have too and will want to work together to build their confidence in themselves through the love of God.
